• Camera data: Used solely for real-time pose detection and exercise tracking. Camera feed is processed on-device and is never stored or transmitted.
• Microphone/Voice data: Used for voice input features (food logging via speech). Audio is processed locally and not stored.
• Fitness & health data: Exercise counts, calorie estimates, and workout history that you create within the app. This data is stored locally on your device.
• Device information: Basic device data (OS version, device model) used to ensure app compatibility.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide real-time pose detection and exercise tracking features
• To log and display your workout history and calorie data
• To send smart workout reminders (only if you enable notifications)
• To display advertisements via Google AdMob (for free tier users)
• To process in-app purchases for the premium subscription

3. Data Storage

All personal fitness data is stored locally on your device using device storage. We do not upload your fitness data to any external servers. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: Displays ads for free tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google ML Kit: Used for on-device pose detection. No data is sent to Google servers.
• Google Play Billing: Processes in-app purchases. See Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Camera & Microphone Permissions

LAMOK-AI requests access to your camera and microphone strictly for the following purposes:

• Camera: Real-time pose detection for exercise tracking. No images or video are stored or transmitted.
• Microphone: Voice input for food and calorie logging. Audio is not recorded or stored.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

LAMOK-AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Since all fitness data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security settings. We recommend keeping your device locked and updated.

8. Your Rights

• You can delete all app data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it
• You can disable camera/microphone permissions in device settings
• You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's ad settings
• You can cancel your premium subscription at any time via Google Play

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
